Im currently in Quito, Ecuador and having a lot of trouble finding 27.5” (650B) tyres.
Is this fixable? Tyre holds air fine, but the rubber has come off in a small part. Worried about flats later on.
They are tubeless tyres.

That looks really iffy. I would try to replace that while you are in the city – who knows how long it will be until your next opportunity. Short of that, maybe some superglue?
Book a hotel in advance and order a set or new tires online?
I’ve sewn tires together as an emergency measure but I wouldn’t put any more faith in them than to get me home.
