You’re missing the screw on the left side that applies tension to the spring. There’s one in the other side for reference.

Just bend the metal spring on the weak side to balance out the springs.
1. Squeeze the brake arms together and unlatch the cable.
2. Looking from the back. The left arm looks like the weak side.
3. On the underside of the under side of the arm. There is the metal spring arm. Unlatch it and Bend that to the left for more tension.
4. Put it all back together might take a couple tries
