Went to a neighborhood walmart and this was pretty much the only place I could park lol. It was hidden so I guess that deters theft? But maybe it helps thieves? Anyways, bit difficult to lock. What’s the best way to ask them for a good bike rack?

Out of sight helps thieves. You want as many pairs of eyes on your bike as possible.
if there is no proper bike rack, I would just walk into the store with my bike.
Staff have a problem with it? They need to fix the problem by getting a rack installed.

There’s a publix near me, they have a bike rack. It’s nice and shaded, but a bit far from the entrance

The local Walmart here has no bike rack either. It totally baffles me. I lock up to a sign on an island in the parking lot. At least it’s visible.
