Day 3 LEJOG through the Cheddar Gorge up through Gloustershire to Worcester.
[Music] morning all day three of log 2024 um I know what you thinking he’s got foundation on for the camera but I haven’t caught the sun yesterday um we’re looking at looking after ourselves I think that’s probably one of the key things there obviously a lot of miles to do we’re we’re burning around about 6,000 6 and half th000 calories when you’re trying to get as much food and resourcing in them as best you can so it’s pretty tough but uh looking at yourself is one of the big things the morning briefing about where we’re going and how we’re doing it um big shout out to everybody who’s uh donated at the moment we’re well over Target and uh that’s thanks to every to our friends family and colleagues for uh and some strangers uh to be fair given um to the two Charities so day three we’re at Bridgewater fire station at the moment we’re off to um Wester it’s about 115 119 miles uh we’re going to go through just past to the west of uh Bristol uh past 8 bid between that and aen mouth and then up into w hopefully and uh by this evening all right we’ll keep you um updated with some photos and stuff and uh but for now see you later well it’s ched Gorge lovely day hopefully that’s the worst of to climb over oh see won’t we pound for pound [Music] n
