That f1 frame is really nice i have it myself. But il feeling that the 2,4k is a bit steep? But it does come with carbon wheels aswell as electronic sram red. You might wanna look up the individual prices for the parts and go from there. Im not sure about the groupset value. Or what the wheels are worth.
I bought the same frame as a full bike with entry level components for 500€ and used around 400€ bucks to upgrade to full sram red mechaical (shifting, brakes and cranks)
You could def get something as good for a bit cheaper but there ofc is a premium to be paid for flashy zipp wheels and electronic shifting. All in all a killer bike if you have money.
Id go with the f1 over the ar but its only from my experience with the f1 frame, love the raw carbon look.
