I just changed the bottom bracket because I thought it was the issue (old related post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/bikewrench/s/4nqni6W9Ab) but that’s not it because it’s still making the same noise…

Pull the seat post and regrease it. If it’s only under load it sounds like a seat post. Easy to clean and regrease even if it isn’t the issue.

I don’t really hear anything in the video. But when I was chasing this same issue it turned out the chainring bolts needed to be torqued to spec.

I don’t hear anything but my bike starts to creak when I haven’t washed it in a few months. I assume mud/dirt gets in pivots and causes creaks. I wash and the noise goes away. Also sometimes the headset starts to loosen and that causes it as well

Try pedaling the bike one leg at a time. Then pedal the bike standing. A lot of noises like you’re experiencing are caused by loose pedals or chainring bolts but first try riding it like I suggested. There’s a lot of potential issues that could be causing the noises.

It’s your pedals bearings. Do they wiggle a bit around the axle?
Not all pedals can be serviced, but if you can regrease them, it will help for sure

Look over the bike for any cracks in the frame. Unfortunately this was the case with my bike. Just another quick thing to check.

Could be a part that is dry or not tightened correctly. Had a very similar noise occur twice on my bike- first time due to the mechanic being stingy and leaving the whole headset dry and under-torqued (causing a click under any kind of load), a second time due to the compression plug in the steerer slowly coming loose after a long ride- again, under-torqued.
It’s funny how these noises sound like they’re from the bottom bracket, but rarely are.

Not sure I hear it but just in case since it’s a quick thing to do, on my bike when chasing a creak under load it turned out to be the jockey wheels needing greasing.
So it’s worth a check since it’s simple and quick.
