Built my new Grizl 7 today, however there are these open holes. Is it important to cover these up? if yes, what have you used to cover them up?

Those are for you to mount the fenders that canyon sell. Not sure if other fenders fit with those exact holes, but no you don’t have to cover them. Mine have been like that for 7+ months and look the exact same as the day I got my bike.
