Hello everyone. A friend of mine found a beautiful old Peugeot bike. I said that Id like to buy it and asked her to measure the top tube and seat tube. Sent her the pictures, where to measure too. But received random measurements. Can you guys help me to calculate the bike size?

Obviously not 100% accurate but I guessed at 175mm cranks and the wheel diameter atleast seems to be close.
Looks like a 22″-22½” seat tube
