After I rebuilt my bottom bracket and my pedals, I took a test ride and this creaking came about… I can feel it in my left pedal but I know it’s not the pedal.

kinda hard to hear what you’re describing. i do notice some clicking that kinda sounds like a crank hitting a derailer cage.
Did you reuse the cotters or use new ones?
Define ‘rebuilt’.
I dunno about the click (bearing adjustment?) but check your brake pad height, it sounds like they’re rubbing the tire
