It seems my TRP rear caliper is leaking. Should I warranty this?

I bought this bike new in March. The brakes were bedded in but after a couple rides the rear caliper started squealing. I cleaned the rotors with brake parts cleaner but that didn't work. Took it to my LBS and was informed that brakes parts cleaner probably contaminated the pads and I'll need new pads. So I got new pads and they bled the brakes.

250 miles later they started squealing again. I noticed that the pistons on one side of the caliper were pushed out a lot compared to the other pistons. LBS said to clean with alcohol to get the pistons to stop sticking. No matter how much I cleaned them it didn't seem to help.

Yesterday on a ride I noticed the brakes were fading as well as squealing. So this evening I cleaned them again and did a bleed. That's when I noticed the bubbles coming out around my piston.

The parts on the bike have a two year warranty. Do I start the process of trying to warranty the caliper or is this something that my LBS can fix?
