  1. Gyro doesn’t need extra anything IIRC (it’s been a long time since I had one), you just install it on top of the existing components. Front brake is different.

    The 2 holes on the side are for bits called “gyro tabs” you’ll need those too if you want a gyro

  3. The only issue you might run into is having the space for a gyro… at least that’s been my experience. When you don’t have much steerer tube/space for the gyro to move up/down it can be a real pain getting the brakes set up properly.
