in need of advice regarding broken seat holder

I’m looking for advice: I got my new Canyon Grail, however since the beginning there have been issues with seat adjustment. There was no lube whatsoever, and the seat got stuck!
After I finally managed to pull the seat out, the little piece that holds the tube in place fell off! The piece seems to be broken and there’s no way to put it back in place, what should I do? Should I message canyon to send me a new piece? Has anybody had the same issue?
