Found this design kinda cool as far as the paint goes. None in the inside of the links or the middle of them so that they can roll freely metal to metal to get that normal chain feel but still get to look flashy. I like it better than the usual paint all around the chain. For example if the Odyssey bluebird full links came like this. Those chains wouldn’t really gritty but you still get to have whatever color you prefer without worrying about the chunky feeling of the chain while pedaling for the first month or so till it comes off..
What are you guys thoughts and has anyone else done this yet besides KMC ? This is the first I’ve seen a design like this with a painted or colored chain.
