Saw this Fox Factory 36 in a Pinkbike buy/sell listing, noticed the Grip2 damper dial is black rather than the usual blue or orange. Definitely seems like a legit fork and seller so not accusing anything fishy, I’m just curious where the black Grip2 dials come from? Were these an option or a one-off from Fox at some point?
I’ve seen the stock blue dials and the orange ones for forks sent to Fox for service, but I’ve never seen the dial in black before.

Hard to say. Theres a lot of counterfeit forks out there. But you’d think they’d bother to color match if it was.
