Origin8 Front rack issues

I bought the origin8 messenger rack and was able to get it setup nicely where my brakes go. The issue now is that with the rack installed I cannot tighten down my track nuts. There is not enough thread (as shown in picture) to secure them. They can go on backwards but I’m pretty sure that’s unsafe and looks ugly. What are my options here? New hubs, new axel, different track nuts, new or no rack? I’m open to any suggestions or help. Thank you.
