That bike is too big for you if that’s where you need to set the saddle.
Also, in addition to the pedals and silly little bag, you should add a rear shifter and cable. You’ll find it a much better ride with more than 2 gears.

It’s great that it was free, but if you’ve set the saddle to the right height for you, and it looks like that, this frame is WAY too large for you
