Picked up one of these up second hand from a mate who barely rode it and had front wheel stolen:

So I need to buy a new front wheel and tyre, stock specs are:
Wheel size: 700c
Wheels: Voodoo alloy rims with 32 plain gauge spokes on QR hubs
Tires: WTB Riddler Comp 700 x 35mm
Can anyone recommend a wheel / tyre combo for this? I know I need 700c wheel, not sure about rim width… I think the disk rotor would need to be 160mm ?
How much should I be looking to spend. Will mainly use as a commuter. If anyone has any experience of the bike would be interested to hear too.
