Looks like a suspension bolt for the linkage. Probably one missing on your full suspension somewhere.

That looks like the top bolt that goes in a steer tube. For the life if me the name is blanking on me despite literally cutting someone’s steer tube today. It’s not 100 percent essential if I’m correct but if it’s a carbon steer tube then it is 100 percent a bad idea to not have it and its corresponding parts with it.

Best guess…a derailleur mounting screw. BUT that means your entire mech would be dragging, so not sure.

Crank preload or a linkage would be my guess.
