
Appears to be purely cosmetic. What should I expect from Canyon?
It's a bummer cause it's on the drive/picture side. I could probably live with it, but some kind of compensation would be needed as aesthics were a reason I chose this bike.
Do they replace for something like this? Any idea if they do compensate at all if I decide to accept it with the cosmetic damage?

I had a paint chip was that cosmetic. They gave me a decent refund to compensate. I was happy. Sadly it’s on the top tube so I always see it. 🥲

It looks like pretty small scuff. It would disappoint me too to get this but I wouldn’t expect much in compensation. I agree with the guy who says put a sticker on it. Better yet a black reflector sticker. You can probably cover it in a way and add more reflector stickers around the wheel so that it looks planned. Sorry it happened.
