Is this seat stay crack structural? (additional non-macro picture in comments)

I got this 2008 specialized roubaix a year or so ago. It has an aluminumum frame but carbon seat stay and fork. I was on a ride today and noticed this little crack in the seat stay. I’ve never crashed the bike before and am not sure what caused this. It doesn’t seem very deep, just wondering if it’s something to be repaired ASAP or to just keep an eye on. Not very knowledgeable about carbon. Thanks in advance!
