I swapped this setup from an entry level MTB to a hybrid. It worked great before the swap. Now I can't get to the biggest cog while shifting. I have spent hours playing with all three limit screws. I am usually pretty decent at tuning shifters so I'm not sure what I am missing here. Thanks for any assistance!

Is your chain sized correctly using the largest to Largest method?
1. Chain could be too short.
2. Not enough cable tension. Does your handle bar shifters have a barrel adjuster?
3. Limit screw is not set right.
4. That model deraileur might not be able to handle 40 teeth
5. Body angle screw might not be set right
