Haven’t seen this before. Can’t imagine putting a water bottle here on the top tube and not having knees smacking it or at minimum rubbing it. Those are 2 little screws that come out

I have the skinny top bag. Can’t put much, but I find it useful!

The top tube bag is quite useful for bars and gels.
I wish I had these screws on my bike! I have a top tube bag that flops around a bit. Having the screws would help with keeping it up right so my knees aren’t constantly hitting it.
