$550 on FB market place, all original parts expect for some pnw bars. I come from mtb and am still new to gravel / road so any upgrade recommendations are appreciated!

Just ride it and change things as you need.
If you have a saddle you prefer on your MTB, you can just put the same model on this. I run WTB Volts on all my bikes.
Marin makes really nice bikes that usually come in at really good price points. I think you’ll be happy with this bike.
