So i got this woods valved tube (with 3 repair patches already) and the valve bleeds air. I want to change the tube and i would like a schrader valve type tube. My question is that, is the tube interchangeable or does the wheel gives some kind of limitation that doesn't allow it?

The wheel limitation would be the size of the opening for the valve. I think a Schraeder valve would fit.
Yes, if a Woods/Dunlop valve fits, a Schrader valve will fit.
Woods and Schrader valves have almost identical diameters. They are safely interchangeable.
