I think there should be a small stripe on the bottom bracket below the chainsuck plate.

On my bike there’s a similar piece of tape on the underside of the chainstay, right next the the chainring. I think it’s to protect in case your chain gets stuck on the chainring and pulled up into the chainstay from below.
