Hi,
I like the fact that Odyssey provides M2 lever with a barrel and a double cable without having any adapter at all on the bar side. However, on the lower side they only provide Y 2-to-1 cable. I don't like this because then you add a new triangle near the break going two cables again (or one cable that wraps the triangle). It feels sick to me, plus the 2-to-1 converter use to hit the frame wearing the paint and doing a noisy sound annoying.
My question is. I'd like to have a clean custom double cable setup at the lower gyro part. Possibilities I see are:
- buying a cable sleeve in the color I wish and cut two parts size equal
- buying two break cables with at least one ball end
But. Most brakes require a ball/knarp as its end which mean I can not buy a custom cable or I need to manually use screwable knarps but I think this seems a bit hackish, isn't it?
In fact, I wonder if custom lower cables exist in the appropriate size for this double cable setup, but I've not found any in most sources I acquire parts (sourcebmx, alltricks, brosstore, bmxavenue).

Dual lower cable sets do seem a bit of a rarity these days, but Snafu still make a dual lower Astroglide cable set.
You are going to want an Odyssey londom mod that will bolt to your frame and some just brake cables. I can send a pic of my setup if you are interested. Brant moore has multiple good videos on setting up this set up.
