Need help ID'ing this curb find. Horizontal dropouts and no derailleur hanger had me thinking it was a single speed but then I noticed the two cable guides under the BB shell. Head badge is missing and frame has been sprayed over so I can't tell the make. What kind of bike is this meant to be?
