Giant Defy Advanced or Canyon Endurace CF 7. Is the Giant worth the extra $900?

I am mostly a solo rider but I enjoy riding fast/trying to beat my own PRs. I do between 60-100 miles per week including 30-50 mile weekend rides. I have a set of Hunt 44 carbon rims that I will use with the new bike (maybe using the stock alloy wheels on some local rails-to-trails here).
