Unfortunately there was an issue with my fork that warranted a warranty replacement. Shoutout to Ritchey for shipping out a replacement at no expense to me. Their customer service is great. In the meantime I had a bikepacking trip to go on so I ordered this all city fork and a crown race expedited shipping. Geometry is nearly identical. Currently running gevenalle shifters with 10 speed XT shadow plus rear derailleur and Microshift sword FD. 46/36 crank and 11-36 cassette. Crank is VO 50.4 bcd. My plan is to keep this fork for bikepacking and set it up with a surly 24 pack rack. I’m thinking I’ll also build up a 650b wheelset with slick 38mm tires and dynamo hub to lower the bottom bracket when the bike is loaded up. When I’m feeling sporty I’ll throw on the carbon fork and 700×45 Terra speeds

Bikepacking with ALICE is peak.
