I ordered my grail after they released it in winter. But im only riding it now. But somehow the brakes are sounding strange when braking. Both the front and back sound like that when braking. Never had that problem before. Could a disk brake cleaner help to solve it? Because I don‘t think its contaminated because it was like that after unpacking the bike.

Sounds like your disc brakes are rubbing. I had it a little bit after my ride yesterday. You can solve it by aligning the calipers correctly, and pushing the brake pistons in all the way. Watching those videos really helped me yesterday and gave me more confidence for the future, because now I know how to remove disc brake pads for example (and how to eventually replace them with new ones in the future)! Good luck!
