My bicycle tyre (inner tube) just pretty much exploded out of no where while standing in my appartment.
The hole in the inner tube is on the inside facing the rim, under which I found this hole (the only place in the tape where there is a hole).
Did the hole in the rim tape cause the tube to burst or did the bursting of the tube cause the rim tape to break? And do I need to cover it before I put in a new tube? (I do have electrical tape at home but no rim tape, will that be ok in case I need to use it?)
