Looks pretty bad man. I’d be VERY hesitant to try and put that into a frame, but if you absolutely must then you’ll want to clean them as best as possible with a thread file first. But I wouldn’t.

if u cant thread it in smoothly with ur hands, then stop and take it out, dont force it. but if it threads in smoothly all the way, its prolly fine

Clean it first, can’t even properly look at the threads because of how filthy it is.

It looks like it’s seen better days besides just the threads TBH. I’d be replacing it and hoping my frame was fine!
