If it fits and well maintained then then yes. Ultegra is great, but I would worry a little.on maintenance if someone put a layback seatpost on backwards like that. Thomson seatpost on that alone is a $100 upgrade part.

It’s a fair price. I sold a 2008 Cannondale System Six with SRAM Rival six years ago for $500. Six13 is a better frame and Ultegra is a better groupo.
New cables, pulley wheels, chain, cassette, chainrings, tires, and tune up (clean/service headset and BB, clean would be a great addition to make this as new as you could get it.
