I have same or slightly worse dent in my bike, Reynolds 832 steel, and I’ve ridden it for more than 10 years without issue…and I’m not a small man. YMMV

That looks like a Trek Domane AL? Judging by the rippling under the dent in picture two, i think the integrity of the frame is compromised. I’m guessing your handlebars whipped around and the bar end slammed into your frame?
