stripped this bolt trying to remove it. i think its been overtightened as well (bought the bike used, first time trying to adjust the arm cups). any tips on how to safely get this out? might just take it to my LBS, the cockpit is full of carbon and don’t want to break anything.

It doesn’t look totally rounded out. If your lbs has the park tool allen set with the extractor ends it should hopefully come out no problem
If didn’t look too stripped (yet). A high quality bit like a Wera might work still. If not, an extractor bit.
