Hello bikepacking community! I’m going on a 6-day trip in roughly two weeks and I wanted to get some input on how i could potentially fit more things into my setup.

As of right now, I have my Paria 1 person tent on my front end, top tube bag for phone, wallet, snacks, and other small necessities, frame bag has bike pump, repair kit/tools, and a few other items, and then on my rack is a dry bag supplied by my dad that fits a North Face sleeping bag, my sleeping pad, and a few articles of clothing.

I also have a camelback with a 2 liter bladder that can hold a few smaller things as well.

Unfortunately, my sleeping bag takes up way too much space in my dry bag and i was kind of worried about where i could things such as additional clothing/bibs, food supplies (mini burner and fuel, freeze dried food, extra snacks, etc.). Should it be as simple as strapping another small bag on top of the rack or should I get panniers?

FYI, i did an overnighter with about 50 miles of riding that went really well but I’d still appreciate input.

Also, if anyone suggests some gear that they wouldn’t go on a trip without, feel free to let me know.

Thank you!
