Bent hanger or cage
Looks like just the hanger so far. But don’t keep riding it. You’ll risk killing the derailleur, and doubling or more the cost of repair.
Your lower limit screw needs adjustment.

Derailleur hanger is definitely not straight in that last pic. Replace that first to see what improves. If it’s still not right, the cage on that last/lowest idler gear on the derailleur may also be a bit bent.
Perfect excuse to upgrade, or is that just me thinking that?
Bent rear mech. The hanger could be bent too. The m5100 or m6000 cost from 30 to 50.
