Nitto has a new 31.8 -17 but it’s not in stock in all colors sizes from places like retrogression yet. I also have a Nitto NJ-89 I adore but it is 25.4 which can be limiting.

You can find some off brand alloy stems at that range if you look. I would go thomson if I bought anything brand new

With those bars, go S-Works SL stem. If for some reason you don’t like that look, go Enve Aero stem or Zipp
