customer brought in bike only complaining abt back wheel not spinning, i can see why. looks like they ripped their derailer from the frame and sucked it into the wheel with the chain.
im adding new derailer and cable to install list. maybe new chain since its bent or could that be fixed? at what point should i do a new wheel instead of replacing spokes? it isnt an expensive bike wheel. calling with a quote during my next shift.

    You don’t have someone at your shop that can answer that?

    Replace bent and broken parts. There is not fixing a bent chain. Spokes are probably going to be fine. At least check for wheel true

    How are people this ignorant? Even my 9 year old cousin knows when something’s broken on her bike. She just doesn’t know the names of those parts
