If that’s a shimano 12s cassette and you don’t mind the weight, the deore cassette is all-steel so it should last longer and still have identical shifting because they’re both machined the exact same. Just have to put this in here because I hate aluminum gears so much, they wear down too fast.

Hard to tell from this picture… but it looks fine? How many hours or kms on it? A new chain will usually tell you pretty quickly if it’s too worn as it’ll skip.

But if you haven’t replaced any chains yet due to wear you’re probably good. Chains usually wear out faster than the cassette does.

It’s good practice to get a chain checker and make sure you replace your chain as soon as it needs it. If you don’t it’ll wear your cassette and chainring more quickly.
