Just bought a frame that has removable rear break mounts. As I tighten down one caliper, the bolt stopped. I went to take it out and the removable calipers mount loosen with it. I can't get it out now. What are these caliper bolts hard to get on and how do I get it out of the removable mount? I tried using an flat head because there is a flat head cut out on the bottom but it is stuck.

Try boiling water for heat expansion? And or freezer? Kinda depends which piece reacts to temp change more.
