it’s very humid probably the more famous climb and you can really suffer from the weather condition for sure we Are Climbing we are trying to climb up to shal climbing up to shal is a bit uh special because on top it’s feel a bit like M to of course not the same not so hard but uh we are over the tree limits so that’s super nice in this open area it’s very humid you can think about a lot of things when you go on the bike and in the end that can and can be a bit uh kind of meditation you can feel pretty connected to the environment depending of uh which roads you take during the training if it’s an urance easy ride you can think like this but otherwise if it’s a specific training with some intensi you really focused on what you do and on the effort you you have to [Music] produce to is one of the of the biggest races in my season and uh it’s always a an important uh race for a SSS Rider in a swis team the buildup and the preparation for tour to SS is uh I would say almost finished now uh I just have some uh very specific uh training with some eat adaptation training and uh also some uh intensities on the tit bike and uh then it will be a bit more relaxed to have a bit of [Music] freshness so normally sh is there yeah this is one of the part I prefer in cycling to be in nature to have the time to to see the animals the birds landscape and I really like uh photography that’s always relaxing and that’s also super important I think for an athlete to find the good balance also for the mental health and that really something I love the perfect photo you don’t have a real definition of it because uh it’s very personal maybe you can be a bit low see the grass in front and try to make the focus on the background a bit like this take the picture and you have a picture but that’s not exactly the the kind of photography I like that could be much more better with a real AAR and the better weather maybe no uh H the weather I don’t know could be nice also this kind of weather and on top of chal maybe yeah on top of chal not today but but with a any day or a bit foggy that can be nice for sure
