Just completed random tour with this setup.

Though it needs some improvements I'm pretty happy about this configuration. The frame bag proves super useful, but the bike looks like a kite at this size. it's been surprisingly stable at higher speeds and in crosswinds.

I didn't plan the route beforehand. Just wanted to travel for a week, so the route was mostly decided by weather and whatever I felt like doing on a day. I stared at hometown with the first stop in Warsaw, as from there I could go pretty much any direction. Did some missing gear shopping and skipped the flat lands by train to Kraków. Spent most of the time down south. I guess mountains will never get old, especially off season and I definitely need to see more of Slovakia.
