Petroleum based. Avoid them shitty plant base degreasers as they actually make them oily. Try IPA, or acetone as well but go easy with the acetone

When I mentioned petroleum based I meant products derived from. Although gasoline can be used as a degreaser it’s toxic, flammable and also has additives for engine so may not be great for the bike: one go would probably be just fine though. The best degreaser I have ever used is cyclohexane

Isopropyl alcohol. But be careful, it csn dissolve the paint when it’s exposed long enough.

Aliphatic naphtha. Safe for use on plastics. Isopropyl alcohol is fine too, but don’t let it sit for more than a minute.

You can use off the shelf panel prep, or make it yourself. It is IPA and distilled water. Wax when you are done. Those look like hard water spots, if they are not coming off easily.
try and mix a 12.5% solution because it is the simplest ratio to make but you are safe to be in the 10-25% range. To achieve our 12.5% mix we use 8 ounces of 50% IPA and 16 ounces of distilled water. If you would mix these 1 to 1 you would be at a 25% IPA solution so we double the distilled water to 1 part Isopropyl Alcohol. We then transfer this to a BPA-Free 32 ounce spray bottle. A high quality spray bottle can last a long time and can be adjusted to allow you to mist or stream the mixture onto the vehicle’s surface or into a microfiber towel. https://gloveboxdetail.com/blogs/news/diy-panel-wipe-how-to-make-an-ipa-panel-prep

Microfiber towel, it’ll do the job. Be very careful with degreaser!

Wurth brake cleaner. As soon as you spray it on start scrubbing. It doesn’t work as well if it evaporates. This products cleans everything at our shop. Just make sure to use a finishing product like mucoff protect after as the brake cleaner will dry the finish on your frame or whatever part you’re cleaning.
