Thanks for the confidence boost. I ended up using my local bike co-op to help oversee most of it, and provide tool support.
Long story short I don’t think I could have done it without their help, mainly because it required frame prep which I did myself with their oversight. It was a great learning experience.
I still have some tweaks I need to do, and am getting some chain clank I think because I need to line up the chain better.
It’s been 12 years since I road a fixie and I had forgotten how rewarding and punishing it can be. I have some serious hills I need to climb to get anywhere, which is the reason I went with bullhorns. Still getting used to them, but overall a very rewarding bike riding experience.

I meant to add, feel free to roast the bike or point out any issues I may have missed. I plan on taking it back to the co-op next week to do a once over with one of the mechanics.
