Im riding 150-200 miles per week. Some rides are 20 miles and my longer ones are 50. What maintenance should I do on my single speed for rides like this? I feel a click on my right pedal when I push down. Sometimes it goes away, but always comes back.

With that mileage change the chain every 6 months. If you don’t you’ll have to replace the sprocket and chainring when you replace the chain. Or if it’s already too far gone just keep riding until the chain brakes 😱
Click on the pedal stroke might be an indication that the bb is past it’s prime. If there’s no play and it remains relatively smooth, I’d keep riding it
Clicking sound could be your freewheel which is very common. White Industries is the only freewheel that doesn’t have a clicking sound. If it’s not your freewheel it could be your chain when it hits the tight spot. Make sure your chain is not too tight. You should have a 1inch slack. If you have another bike switch rear wheels to rule out the freewheel
Click could be *anything* from a cracked downtube to a rock in your tire. Wait til it starts to be reproducible.
In the mean time, go over your drive train looking for lose things every 6 weeks. Chain ring bolts, chain tension, cranks, pedals, teeth on your cog and chainring. I’ve often thought it’s my bottom bracket, but it never has been (older, sealed Shimano U series, so ymmv).
I ride SS to and used to do close to those miles per week. I had something similar as far as a click/noise. On my most recent used bike it was doing it as well. I cleaned and lubed the chain. Noise/click has been gone since then. Not saying that’s it but it’s what was making noise on mine.
Pay attention to where/when the click happens. If it’s only on a climb/sprint, that could be one issue. Whereas if it’s always when your left foot bottoms out, that could be something else. I had a “right foot down when sprinting” click and feared that it was my bottom bracket. It ended up being a broken pedal (crappy stock pedals that lasted 1500 miles or so. It ended up costing less than $50 to fix it! Once you’ve isolated the issue bring it to a bike shop for inspection.
Checking the chainring bolts for tightness should be a weekly inspection item.
I can’t help with the clicking sound but felt the need to compliment your sweet moustache. We’ll done.
I don’t know anything about bicycle maintenance, but sweet turt.
