It is not a motorway, just a normal road with 2×2 lanes. That is not a bike lane! It's a normal out of town road where the speed limit is 90 km/h according to Hungarian laws. So I do not undertand why it is good for anyone always blaming others. That BMW was totally driving with keeping all the rules… I don't undertand why it is so important (in Hungary) to always be busy with other people – what and how they are doing?! why don't you just occupy yourself with your life? now you should know that the only one who was breaking the rule, was the driver with the video camera, since it is not allowed to keep a device in your hand while driving… Bölcsebb lett volna, ha csendben marad 🙂
Thank you for your comment, jowever a motorway has a speed limit of 110 km/h, highways has speed limit of 130 km/h. According to my understanding, the BMW was unlawfully driving on a bike lane. That is a bike lane as it was built as a bike lane a few years ago designated for bikes and mopeds only. It is narrow, maybe 1.5 m wide so certainly it is not for cars especially at that speed.
