I would contact i9 and see what their warranty team says

I had a noise similar to this on a Stans aluminum wheel. Turns out it was the hoop. There was a plate connecting the 2 forged ends that had a rivet each. It worked its way loose and it was the sound of it sliding during rotation. I hammered the rivets tighter and done.
