We're planning a spontaneous trip, leaving in about one week. We have two weeks, and would like to use as much time as possible on the bike and not in the car to get to the location.
Recently we've been to the Ardennes and the Eiffel.
We don't want to stay in the Netherlands cause it's too flat (we're training to go to Patagonia this autumn).
And suggestions for not more than 10 hours drive from the Netherlands.
Preferably a round trip, so we can get back to the car.
Wild camping would be amazing, but is not a deal breaker: we can find campsites.

Alpe-Adria! Some of the best views and most beautiful camping we’ve had.
Start in Salzburg, cycle through the Alps to Grado! You can take the train from Trieste back to Salzburg.
The train station in Trieste is theoretically bike friendly. Plan for stairs.
Bike line has an excellent book.
If you have a few extra days, make a lap around the Salzkammergutradweg. There’s a lake every day and outstanding camping with swimming!
DM me if you want details, maps, etc.
I recently did a circle in the south of Sweden. I love the nature, the people and also the great infrastructure.
Wild camping is also easy and possible in Sweden
