Put the bolt in so it still has a gap and hit it with a hammer/mallet

Spray WD 40 let set overnight into soak it right in that middle spot and around the other side. The more the better just let it drip on a paper towel or something. And then the next day around noon take a driver with a flat end for sockets if you have one or something metal and circular like a punch that can fit in that hole and you gotta tap hard with a hammer like you mean it and move the punch around in a circle or u can do a screwdriver a flat one for a punch last resort. Tap hard around the edge of that center cutout. You should be able to get it out in a couple taps going in circles. This method has never failed me with getting out a stuck bottom bracket cup. Also had a chromoly spacer in the middle of my bracket and bearings go sideways which I thought was the end of that bike but sprayed like a waterfall worth of wd 40 into the bracket and somehow it made the spacer just flex right back into the center and it was wedged like baaad bro. all sides in a circle after soaking with wd 40 just go insane with the punch and hammer. Brace with something to hold it steady or have someone hold it for you while you tap it out. It’ll definitely come out just needs some WD 40 lovin cranks love that shit
